Edgecumbe-Kawerau is a Local Shared Ministry parish has an enthusiastic team developing creative worship alongside more traditional use of the NZ Prayer Book. A thriving pre-school music group is beginning to draw younger families. The parish has developing links with Tikanga Maori and ecumenically.

Worship:
Weekly 9.00 am at St Margaret’s Kawerau. NZ Prayer Book Liturgy on Data Projector, large print copies of services are available.
1st,Sunday at 9.30 am All Saints, Edgecumbe, Holy Communion.
Ethos: Expressly Anglican, accepting and caring congregation

Ethnicity: 90% Pakeha but all welcome.

Children:  During the school year; Tuesdays 10.30 am Maggie's Preschool Music; Wednesdays 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm Friends and Heroes for Primary school children.
Social:  Morning tea after services; 10.00 am Knit and Natter sessions weekly; occasional parish gatherings.  Drop-in-Coffee Fridays at 10.00 am

Training: Ongoing for ministry leadership team and congregation

Outreach: Busy op shop; Ezee meals; pre-school music weekly.
